David Holtze serves as Director for the San Diego office of NAS Recruitment Communications, an agency of the McCann World group and a leading provider of innovative human resource communications solutions, with offices in 37 major markets in the United States and Canada. His role is primarily in strategy development and delivering innovative recruitment solutions, as well as leading a talented team of account representatives. Before entering the talent acquisition space David worked with Leo Burnett, in the StarcomIP division, developing integrated online marketing campaigns for clients such as Allstate Insurance, Disney and ABC Cable. However, he has found a passion in recruitment advertising and having spent the last 3 years as a recruitment strategy consultant for a diverse client roster, including both Fortune 100 firms and small start-ups, David has worked with a wide variety of clients to develop effective online strategies that define and shape an organization’s recruiting efforts in the interactive marketplace of today.
